Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and DevsDoCode governing your access to and use of our AI infrastructure, freelancing services, mentorship programs, file storage, and all related offerings.

• By creating an account, signing a statement of work, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.
• If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
• If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

DevsDoCode provides a range of products and professional services, which may evolve over time:

An account is required to access most of our paid Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident affecting your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

Pricing depends on the plan you select and your usage of metered features.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence; usage fees are billed in arrears.
• Project engagements are governed by a separate statement of work with milestone-based billing.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
• We may revise pricing with at least 30 days' notice for active subscribers.

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes and in a way that respects others. You will not:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right while using the Services.
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape our APIs beyond documented endpoints.
• Use the Services to develop a competing product without prior written consent.
• Upload malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise impair our infrastructure.

Each party keeps ownership of what they bring to the engagement, with carefully scoped licenses for everything in between.

• DevsDoCode owns all rights to the platform, software, documentation, and brand assets.
• You retain ownership of content you upload, prompts you submit, and outputs generated for you.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Services.
• Custom deliverables under a statement of work transfer to you upon full payment.

You are responsible for the content you submit and the use you make of the Services.

• You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use the content you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping appropriate backups of your data outside our platform.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonable.

We work hard to keep the Services reliable, but interruptions can happen.

• Target uptime is documented in our service level agreement, where applicable.
• Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance via the status page or email.
• We may add, modify, or retire features; material reductions will be communicated to active customers.

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
• These limits apply to all theories of liability, including contract, tort, and statute.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those regions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify DevsDoCode from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights. We will indemnify you against third-party claims that the platform itself infringes their intellectual property rights, subject to standard exceptions.

Our Services are designed to work globally, but it is your responsibility to ensure use complies with the laws of your country, including export-control and sanctions regulations. The Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where their offering would be unlawful.

Either party may end the relationship under defined conditions.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend Services for non-payment, security incidents, or breach of these Terms.
• On termination, you remain responsible for outstanding fees and we will provide a reasonable window for data export.
• Sections relating to ownership, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or business needs. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed informally; if unresolved within 30 days, they will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
